Terms and Conditions

GardenWiz Tools products (except for consumables) generally come with a full 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. However, the following Terms and Conditions apply:

  1. All goods need to be paid for before delivery
  2. All warranty claims have to be returned to GardenWiz Tools at the purchaser's expense. GardenWiz Tools will pay return freight (or deliver) on accepted warranty claims
  3. Claims will not be accepted if the machine has been abused or used incorrectly
  4. Claims will not be accepted if the tool or machine has been used for anything other than reasonable domestic or "fit-for-purpose" private use
  5. Note that we do not offer refunds - our policy is to repair or replace any items under the terms of our warranty - so please choose your tools carefully
  6. It is our intention that all reasonable claims will be settled amicably!
